("Encanto" or the "Company") (TSXV: EPO and OTCQX: ENCTF) announces it has agreed with investors for a private placement of up to 6,000,000 flow through units at a price of $0.20 per unit for gross proceeds of up to $1,200,000. Each unit consists of one flow-through common share ("FT Share") and one-half of one share purchase warrant, each whole warrant entitling the holder to purchase one non flow-through common share at $0.30 for a period of 18 months from the date of issuance.
