(TSX: NBD, NBD.WT) today announced the closing of its offering of US$240 million in aggregate principal amount of senior secured notes (the 2020 Notes). The 2020 Notes are due December 1, 2020 and bear interest at an annual rate of 5.375%. As previously announced, the net proceeds from this issue will be used to redeem the US$240 million of 6.25% senior notes due 2015 and 6.25% senior secured notes due 2015 (the 2015 Notes).
